Description: The primary purpose of the F and B server is to understand, maintain and service all of the F and B outlets of the club. They are responsible for understanding all F and B needs and procedures at the clubhouse, on the course and in the cabin. They are to understand and know how to present all culinary menus of the club. They are to help with all restocking and organization of all F and B supplies and product.

Daily Duties:
Understanding culinary menus, proper bar protocols and procedures Understanding how to read and follow set guidelines and procedures Understanding of the game of golf and how it impacts the daily schedule Understands how to give proper dining service Can work well in a team and with other departments Inspects that F and B areas are ready and setup appropriately Is well organized and is able to move product and supplies from area to area Understands food safety Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and how to make them Understanding of how to operate a golf cart . Requirements:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Able to lift and carry a minimum of 25 lbs. with correct posture. Must be able to work continually standing and walking during a shift. Position requires flexibility in scheduling and ability to work nights/weekends/holidays as becomes necessary. Occasional off:site duties in catering may be requested. Appropriate understanding and presentation of all food and beverage products to guests and members.

The employee is constantly required to use their vision to perform an activity such as but not limited to: restocking product and supplies, speaking to members and guests, setting up dining areas for reservations and working with other departments to complete given tasks.
