Description Lead the development and execution of our "one to many" marketing channels. Oversee strategy of weekly ad planners, plan short-duration promotional events, ensure mass marketing (e.g., Television) is aligned to priorities, and create a testing platform to drive optimization. Lead the planning of the promotional cadence calendar and ensure that all new events and changes are aligned across the business. Analyze and report results. Recommend changes to drive incremental traffic and sales for future events with the goal of optimizing profitable incremental visits. Interact frequently with Merchandising leadership (VPs, SVPs) to ensure alignment of product priorities with key customer-facing messaging.1.Leads the day to day ownership, coordination, and planning for circulars
2.Builds ad wireframes to strategically tell story of promotional items to drive incremental sales, and present to cross-functional teams including Senior Leadership.
3.Completes briefs for "one to many" promotions across all marketing channels.
4.Creates and runs reports summarizing results by promotion.
5.Works with pricing team to set up ad files to track promotional sales.
6.Leads development of tests to optimize marketing spend, to identify the most productive offers.
7.Works closely with the Creative team to ensure smooth transition from promotional planning to creative execution.
8.Plan short-duration events and hold meetings to review details and execution with impacted business partners. Ensure last-minute additions are included so all teams have the information needed to flawlessly execute for the customer.
9.Maintains multiple advertising planning tools and reports, both scheduled and ad-hoc. Analyzes related data.

1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related field required.
2.Three to five years of marketing experience required.
3.Retail and/or agency experience preferred.
4.Strong Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint) skills required.
5.Strong oral and written communication skills required. Able to clearly present promotions to our customer in the correct channel.
6.Strong detail oriented organizational skills with ability to multi-task required.
7.Able to consistently produce high quality results while successfully meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment required.
8.Highly motivated strategic thinker, with the ability to function independently and solve problems preferred.
9.Able to build and maintain solid working relationships with business partners and other team members preferred.
10.Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong presentation skills, and executive presence required.
11.Positive can-do attitude and desire to learn required.
12.Skill with InDesign required.
