Job Title: SAP FinanceSenior Consultant PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES We are looking for an exceptionally motivatedseniorSAPconsultants to join a dynamic and forward-thinkingConsumer Industriespractice which is part ofCustomer Success delivery unit.
SAP'sOrder-to-Cashpractice teams are tight-knit groups with dynamic individuals fully committed to customer and partner success.
As active members of project implementation teams'successful candidateswill demonstrateproduct knowledgeof SAPFinance and actively participate in full project implementation life-cycletasks.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Deep knowledge in SAP General Ledger, accounts payable (FI-AP), accounts receivable (FI-AR), SAP FSCM and/or FI-CA solutions and processesHands-on experience and knowledge in S/4 HANA Finance is a must-have.Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with hands-on experience in customization and/or developmentKnowledgeable in General Ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assetsSolid understanding of SAP SD and OTC.Integration experience of FI with SD/OTC is a plus.Experience on ECC to S/4HANA conversions and/or implementations is nice to haveBasic understanding of ABAP, SAP tables and transactions is a must.
This individual should understand how to debug SAP Function Modules.This customer-facing role requires the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex issues, problems, and proposed resolutions to C-level executives.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills are essential for success in this position.Ability to freely travel without submitting a waiver or visa within North America; US citizen's preferred.Understand SAP's Cloud strategy.Knowledge around SAP Toolchain is a plus.SAP Certification in Central Finance (C_S4FCF_2023) and/or Treasury (C_S4FTR_2023) a big plus but not required.EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projectsCandidate must possess the ability and willingness to continually learn new and emerging technologies and "think outside the box",to deliver creative solutions of new processes, as well as effectively identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues.Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clientsDemonstrate the ability to lead internal and external consulting teams during a project.Gain expertise in S4HANA Finance and localization solutionsProviding a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problemsDelivering billable components that meets customer's needsConduct knowledge sharing sessions with the rest of your teamKnowledge ofprojectimplementation methodologies(e.g.,SAPActivate,TOGAF)Ability tobuild and leaddiverseteams,includingbothcustomers and partners, evenwithout explicit authorityWORK EXPERIENCE 5+ yearsSAP S/4HANAand/or SAP ERPconsulting experience, preferably inthefinance and quote to cashscenario

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role.
The targeted combined range for this position is 121700 - 259900(USD)USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc.

Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
