This position can be based in our Chicago Illinois or Las Vegas Nevada studios
Job Brief: We are looking for Senior Program Manager, Games for the Project Management Office (PMO) to help with growing production efforts. This position will work directly with the Chief Product Officer to support the company's roadmap along with performing day-to-day high-level studio game schedule management. They will assist in taking on responsibilities for all projects, both in concept and in-flight, by working directly with studio Producers, game stakeholders and the extended executive leadership team to drive the roadmap expectations while ensuring processes and procedures are followed correctly and are updated for continued efficiency improvement efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: · Supporting management of the long and short-term game development schedules and project milestones in alignment with company goals
· Writing, reviewing and/or maintenance of Program Management documentation
· Facilitate completion of tasks and milestones both individually assigned and managing those of the studio
· Provide project status updates to stakeholders with understanding of requirements and expectations
· Communicating tasks and updates to all necessary team members and overseeing these through to successful completion
· Supporting stakeholders with upholding the roadmap and game portfolio as assigned 
Requirements

REQUIREMENTS · Strong, clear communicator; the ability to communicate with multiple teams, including C-level executives
· Must excel at following up on task completion, identifying dependencies, and disseminating information to colleagues and management 
· Understanding of game development process and pipeline planning
· Ability to prioritize assignments in order to meet multiple internal and market deadlines 
· Strong knowledge of JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence and/or other task management software
· Highly detail oriented, proactive and displays strong adaptability and problem-solving skills 
· Positive attitude and strong people skills with a passion for game organization and continuous growth 
· 6+ years of professional program management experience 
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION · College degree or equivalent
