Were looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to help drive the adoption of our Zio Platform of products and services, ensuring that patients everywhere have access to life:saving care. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer who is excited by the opportunity to establish a new standard of care and possesses the skills to drive impact in a high:growth environment.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own the voice of the customer and use those insights to inform the strategic positioning, launch, and go:to:market strategies of Zio products and services. Specifically, you will:


:Cultivate Voice of Customer and the market insights necessary to inform the go:to:market strategy of our products and services. This includes leading the organization in our understanding of the competition and of our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in relation to the market place.

:Develop strategic positioning, messaging frameworks, and claims libraries needed to establish, re:inforce and communicate the value of our products to target customers. Product positioning and messaging must align with Zio platform positioning and also help build the equity of the master brand.

: Develop customer personas and articulate the key pain points of each persona for the purpose of developing communications plans to influence persona behavior across the buying journey.

:Build launch playbooks for new product introductions, and lead the cross:functional collaboration required to gain alignment and resources necessary to execute the plans.

:Build and execute marketing programs to drive rapid awareness and adoption of our products in market. Define and be accountable to the key performance indicators for said programs. Marketing plans should be prioritized against the activities and channels that will yield the greatest impact.

:In collaboration with Sales Training and Enablement, define the critical:to:success competencies and behaviors of the sales team to ensure their success in selling the platform. Define, build, and launch the communication and selling tools to enable the success of this channel.

:Collaborate effectively with Product Management, Sales, Clinical Research, Clinical Operations, Customer Service, and other key cross:functional partners to inform product marketing plans and programs.

:Manage relationships and deliverables with external partners and vendors. Manage agencies and other vendor resources as necessary to ensure work products are delivered in scope, on time, on budget and in a fashion that delivers maximum impact for dollars invested.

:Develop and execute plans in accordance with our annual expense budget. Effectively manage your budget to plan, including managing vendor contracting, purchase requisitions, invoicing, and accruals where necessary.

:Establish clear and measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) and report back on those KPIs to evaluate the success or effectiveness of programs in market against established business objectives.


:7 years of marketing experience in progressively senior roles. Or, an MBA + 5 years experience. Candidates with sales experience/sales leadership background + 2 years or more of marketing experience will also be considered.

:Prior product launch experience is strongly desired. Candidates with leadership experience on product launches will distinguish themselves.

: Experience developing strategic positioning and messaging for new products or services.

:Demonstrated acumen in building sales tools, as well as optimizing the mix for maximum impact.

:You know your way around a marketing brief, and arent afraid to use one. You possess the ability to define an actionable insight, state a shared objective, articulate how you plan to achieve said objective, and show how you will measure/demonstrate success.
