As an Sr. Product Manager, Neurodevelopment Marketing : Neuroscience working on the Brand team, you will be empowered to develop and lead marketing programs in this role, you will contribute to Takedas mission by being a key player within the neuro:development franchise. A typical day will include:

POSITION OBJECTIVES:

Owns development and operationalization of the strategy for Key Opinion Leader and Professional Education and ensures brand alignment for Non:Personal Promotion (NPP) within HCP Marketing.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Leads the development of the KOL strategy and Professional Education engagements and integration with the overall Brand and Franchise strategy.
Ensures cross functional alignment and integration across Med Affairs, Pubs planning and Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR)
Oversees and develops P2P strategy and execution while ensuring integration and alignment with Sales team and leadership
Partners with Multichannel Marketing Team on Professional Non:personal promotion (NPP)/digital tactics to ensure strategic alignment for the brand
Effectively manages internal centralized partners, vendors and agencies work product and budget for assigned programs. Makes recommendations to optimize investment mix with in P2P programing.
May facilitate relevant sections Brand Planning process, support cross:functional Team through key Brand Planning milestones.
EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Required:

Bachelors Degree
3:5+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles
Proficiency in developing marketing strategy and tactic design with an ability to communicate ideas to internal partners and external agencies
Ability to lead and set direction for customer:facing functions (eg Field Force, Multichannel Marketing Team)
Ability to lead without authority and influence cross:functional teams and drive alignment across key stakeholders
Ability to effectively mobilize internal and external resources and make trade:offs
Strong influencing, communication and presentation skills
Desired:

Experience in sales force and/or supporting the sales organization
Experience in the therapeutic area
MBA preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Able to sit for long periods at a desk
Able to read and review large quantities of printed material or online material
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Travel to internal and external meetings including overnights and weekends will be required, estimated up to 25 travel.
