What you'll DoLead Data Onboarding Transformation: Spearhead the Data Onboarding initiative, revolutionizing how data flows into real-time personalization and insights systems, setting new standards for the marketing automation industry.Build the Data Backbone: Develop critical platform components that seamlessly integrate data into personalization and analytics applications like Adobe Real-Time Customer Profile, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Data Distiller, and Customer Journey Analytics, fueling real-time decision-making.Work with cross-functional teams: Drive innovations that transform how businesses connect with customers in the Adobe Digital Experience Portfolio.Apply brand new technologies: Implement AI, Generative AI, analytics, and data engineering to develop the next generation of marketing automation and customer experience solutions.Set Industry Paradigms: Redefine how data is applied and used, crafting new frameworks and trends that ripple across the marketing automation landscape.Empower Businesses Globally: Enable companies to unlock the full value of their data, delivering personalized and actionable insights at scale, and driving measurable success across industries.What you need to succeedApproach: Product leader with a proactive "own it" attitude, excelling in first-principles problem-solving and customer influence to drive alignment and outcomes.Experience: 5+ years in product management roles, ideally within data platforms, cloud-based services, or adjacent technologies.Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of SQL, data transformation, Big Data architectures, and Lakehouses; familiarity with AI/ML frameworks is highly advantageous.Domain Knowledge: Prior expertise in Digital Marketing, Customer Experience Management, or Marketing Automation is a plus.Analytical Skills: Outstanding ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable product strategies.Communication: Excellent communication skills, skilled at explaining complex ideas to both technical and non-technical individuals, influencing collaborators at all levels.Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent professional experience is highly preferred.CompensationOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
The U.S. pay range for this position is $122,200 -- $234,200 annually.
Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
