Looking for a seasoned marketer with a proven track record of planning and executing integrated marketing strategies to strengthen our positioning and accelerate market awareness and penetration. The right candidate is a strategic thinker who can connect our products and solutions to real:world value, has a passion for storytelling, and a data:driven mindset. This role will lead marketing strategy and planning, track and report on KPIs, and manage a small marketing team through execution.

Essential Duties:

In collaboration with channel, product, and sales stakeholders, develop an integrated marketing strategy : including content, account:based, and lifecycle marketing : to meet objectives on schedule and within budget.
Build, mentor, and lead the marketing team to ensure the success of marketing activities that achieve goals and KPIs.
Work with stakeholders to drill into competitive, market, and sales data and improve our strategy.
Empower our sales team by overseeing development of product and sales enablement content that tells our value story, demonstrates our differentiation, and promotes retention.
Establish metrics, KPIs, and reporting, to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.

Job Specifications

1. KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

6+ years of experience as a seasoned marketer in a results:driven environment.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Healthcare industry experience a plus.
2+ years of experience leading a marketing team

2. SKILLS REQUIRED:

Proficient in marketing fundamentals including product and channel strategies, brand positioning, life:cycle marketing, and lead generation.
Proficient in marketing automation and CRM tools, preferably Pardot and Salesforce.
Experience with traditional and digital marketing channels and technology.
Ability to interpret and leverage data to inform strategy.
Proven experience managing and leading a results:oriented marketing team

3. ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Demonstrates leadership, maturity, and accountability.
Demonstrates strong analytical and problem:solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast:paced environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills : must have ability to effectively interface at all levels within the organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail
