CVS Health is looking for a talented and agile leader to enhance our understanding of the consumer as well as the effectiveness of marketing on our business. The Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics will join an Enterprise Analytics team that enhances the corporate understanding of the CVS Pharmacy(R) retail customer and measures marketing initiatives across the retail front store, pharmacy and clinic. This role will be responsible for leading a small team of analysts in measuring media effectiveness and in understanding online and offline customer behavior. The ideal candidate will have an advanced analytics background with experience in marketing and/or customer analytics. Experience in retail or healthcare is preferred.


Lead and develop a small team of analysts in supporting the organizations understanding of marketing effectiveness and consumer behavior
Devise robust marketing measurement plans in collaboration with Marketing, Media and our agency partners
Analyze social, digital and search data to help develop benchmarks, optimization strategies and recommendations
Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate business questions and propose analytical solutions that provide actionable insights on customer behavior and/or marketing efficacy
Recommend and execute analytic solutions that enable a more complete understanding of customer retention and value
Develop consistent approaches to evaluating customer behavior over time in a changing environment
Create and deliver impactful presentations for mid:level and senior:level audiences
Oversee the development of reporting that enables enhanced decision making by internal teams

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or related field with 6+ years working in analytics with a track record of delivering insights and business impact; Masters degree or equivalent in analytic discipline and 3+ years of relevant experience; or a PhD and 1+ years of relevant experience
Experience with advanced analytic techniques, such as marketing mix, predictive modeling, multivariate regression analysis and ROI measurement
Expertise using data analysis and visualization tools such as SAS, SPSS, R, Python, SQL, and Tableau
Excellent analytical and problem:solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple, complex projects in a deadline:driven environment
High levels of self:motivation and attention to detail
