Creating and owning Companys global marketing strategy and value proposition for Companys Hematology and Urinalysis solutions.
Collaborating with business unit, global, and regional marketing colleagues to consolidate the unique value propositions associated with individual product launches and product modalities under the umbrella of a comprehensive value proposition which speaks to the benefits of the combined Company solutions
Directing a team of marketers in the execution of Companys New Product Launch Excellence Process which includes the development of the marketing plan, claims matrix, persona map, launch action plan, and creation of the commercialization readiness team wheel.
Reviewing all campaigns and sales collateral that is developed by the team before launch.
Working across teams and geographies to develop global marketing programs for new and existing segments and products with robust and creative go:to:market strategies
Collaborating with the Strategic marketing organization to develop highly effective commercialization strategies based on the robust development of market segmentation and Voice of Customer research
Participating in the annual new product forecasting process in collaboration with the business unit and regional commercial teams.
Participating in the Competitive Intelligence committee to collect and create messaging
Liaising with Global Market Development on activities and KOL
Measuring team success through daily management of key metrics/KPIs which may include lead generated; region revenue/ASP; market share by category by customer segment; team turnover and engagement. Applying problem solving process and countermeasures as needed to ensure target achievement.
Regularly interacting with executive level management regarding challenging matters of major importance to the company.


Bachelors Degree with 14+years related experience or Masters degree with 12+years related experience
Requires a minimum of 5 years of successful marketing experience with increasing responsibilities
Related experience includes 4+ years progressive people leadership ideally in a Matrix and global environment
Strong business and financial acumen
Strong ability to develop business cases and communicate succinctly its value propositions to a broad group of leaders including executive staff
Demonstrated experience in influencing, developing and motivating people from diverse backgrounds; able to lead cross:functional global business teams;
Demonstrated people leadership skills; developing direct reports and others to sustain and succeed in professional growth
Best in Class knowledge of Marketing technology, E:commerce systems and related technical applications and infrastructures
Ability to travel globally
