Business Unit:Core Responsibilities:
Supports business strategy and execution to achieve specific product, team, and business results through a superior understanding of performance analytics and evaluation metrics.

Superior collaborator that can enthusiastically partner closely with broader Local Media Development team, other Comcast teams, and external partners.

Assist in maintenance and development of internal models and associated tools and reporting functions using Excel, VBA, and SQL.

Supports the Analytics Director and LMD team members with survey design, development, dissemination, analysis, and presenting and making recommendations based on results.

Develops and tracks KPIs for numerous LMD programs and platforms, including goal setting, progress monitoring, and regular reporting.

Tracks and analyzes web metrics using Google Analytics, identifying key benchmarks and performance levers for LMD digital assets, and testing new strategies using A/B testing.

Creates data dashboards in Tableau to report on and visualize KPI metrics, including data automation.

Conducts analyses on large data sets, reports findings, and makes recommendations based on findings.

Liaises with 3rd party research firms on research projects for LMD assets, which may include advising on focus group execution, research methodology, segment development, and data analysis.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree or Equivalent required; advanced degree a plus

2+ years of experience in a quantitative role, with specific experience in data science, program evaluation, or market research.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite as well as SPSS or other statistical package.

Experience with primary research, including qualitative and quantitative

Self starter but also a strong desire to contribute and work collaboratively to achieve goals

Success in roles requiring execution of multiple tasks while responding to multiple priorities

Highly functioning, detail-oriented, and analytical candidate who can think strategically

Ability to use communication skills to present information to varying audiences, easily communicating complex ideas.

Ability to effectively interface with senior management.

Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.

Excellent judgment, attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Generally requires 8-11 years related experience.
