Rockefeller Center, the most recognized commercial property in the world, encompasses six square blocks between Fifth Avenue and the Avenue of the Americas, from 48th to 51st Streets, rising 70 stories above Midtown Manhattan. The landmark property consists of over 9 million rentable square feet in 12 Art Deco buildings with unique, internationally recognized architectural features. Rockefeller Center is not only a place of business, but also a premier destination for world:class shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. The Position:

Reporting to the Managing Director for Marketing Rockefeller Center, the candidate will be responsible for all Rockefeller Center marketing initiatives, with a specific focus on digital marketing and advertising. They will be responsible for a team of marketing professionals, with oversight across brand strategy and design, media buying and planning, digital marketing, social media, programming and events, brand partnerships, and leasing marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

Brand Stewardship : Drive the brand objectives to ensure relevancy and resonance for the Rockefeller Center brand, with innovative marketing solutions that drive awareness and brand loyalty with key audiences. Stay on top of emerging trends and consumer behavior insights and leverage internal and external resources to ensure all activity is best:in:class and sets a new standard for real estate marketing.
Team Management and Mentorship : Oversee a team of marketing professionals, and ensure they are well:supported and delivering success for all projects. Support the department with marketing expertise and ensure industry best:practices are applied across all functions. Work effectively with all functions to make decisions strategically and ensure all team members across:function are informed.
Digital 360 : Drive strategy, oversee the execution of digital projects and measure the success of all digital campaigns and initiatives, including but not limited to: websites and microsites (maintenance, redesigns, builds), SEO and SEM, email/CRM, loyalty programs, original branded content development, marketing planning, influencer programming, social media strategy, experiential activations and effective content distribution and planning. Deliver meaningful ROI for all digital campaigns by leveraging actional data and developing innovative creative solutions that tap into emerging technologies and key cultural insights.
