The Director, WW Ozanimod IBD Marketing is responsible for global strategic commercialization activities that establish BMS leadership in the IBD marketplace. This role reports to the Executive Director, WW Marketing IBD Ozanimod. Activities include leading the global launch plan, driving key strategic initiatives, and partnering with key markets to develop and execute commercialization plans for the IBD ozanimod indications. This candidate will partner with cross:functional team members, such as medical, finance, market research, and must work effectively across the brand team to ensure appropriate alignment with all key portfolio initiatives and priorities.

Responsibilities include:

Leads WW brand plan and coordinate WW functional input into brand plan (workshops, content etc.)
Coordinate affiliate input and alignment at key milestones (workshops, content etc.)
Scenario planning and plans to address with cross:functional team
Lead for collaboration with CI (KITs and KIQs; additional projects as needed)
Lead WW IBD launch team
Lead WW competitive simulation workshops
Collaboration with BI and A team to identify and implement strategic research/analytics
Go:to market global framework development
Lead for collaboration with WW corporate affairs team
Input into PR strategy, communications plan and implementation
Launch readiness immersion workshops
Lead for launch strategy pull:through and support of affiliate level execution
Lead for affiliate marketer/s onboarding and strategy communication to affiliate team
Partner for affiliate marketers to develop go:to:market strategy and tactical plan
Partner for affiliate launch plan development
Lead for affiliate cross:functional launch readiness meetings with WW team and follow up on action items

Collaborating closely with other members of the IBD global project team, including Medical, Access, Advocacy, Clinical, Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, Forecasting, Program Development, Regulatory, Corporate Affairs and other key functions to provide commercial input into decision making.

Skills/Knowledge Required:

10+ years of marketing experience with minimum 5 years in Immunology therapeutic area
Experience in developing and implementing marketing plans on multiple brands in different phases of their lifecycle, including coordination of market research and tactical plans
Experience in managing P and L
Experience in building and leading high performing teams
Experience in working successfully within a Matrix organization
Successfully launch a new product, indication or line extension
Extensive exposure to other functional areas such as Market Access, Finance, Market Research, Legal, Medical, Regulatory, and Manufacturing.
Operational marketing experience across a range of product life cycle situations.
Understanding of healthcare industry trends

Knowledge of the regulatory/clinical review process
Knowledge of the drug development and clinical trial process, including the Product Development and Commercialization Process

Excellence in oral and written communications skills
Solid understanding of market research and marketing excellence principles
Thorough understanding of professional sales organization
Proficiency in finance and forecasting
