You will be at the heart of the Jellyfish new business effort and will be highly capable in scaling:up conversations to C:suite client stakeholders, while still maintaining enough hands:on tactical knowledge to contribute to the management, direction, and mentorship of day:to:day practitioners.

Responsibilities
Work closely alongside Jellyfishs C:Suite and VP:level Earned Media, SEO and Content leaders to demonstrate growth in both revenue and net profit : playing an active role in co:managing regional P and Ls
Provide strategic direction and implementation of Jellyfishs Earned Media solutions, with a key focus on Content Marketing, SEO and Digital PR
Work closely with other heads of departments (Analytics, Social, Display, PPC, Brand Planning, Strategy, etc.) to continually develop and deliver a fully integrated digital marketing solution
Work closely with counterparts in other regions to ensure consistency of our global solution, to share successes, and to resolve challenges
Act as a focal point for Earned Media at Jellyfish by:
Getting to know and helping service our largest clients
Delivering thought leadership through internal and external media/speaking engagements
Creating strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrating quality improvement across our client portfolio
Create and lead key client strategic use cases
Shape, build and lead teams, and ensure the team has the right skills and appetite for delivering excellent digitally enabled solutions
Grow revenues and billings across the US region
Prospect and win new business
Develop and grow existing Jellyfish clients
Improve our current product/service solutions
Champion and empower a culture for knowledge sharing and training across relevant teams to ensure that all levels of staff within the Earned Media team and wider agency are continuing to be upskilled
Review, shape and maintain our Earned Media technology stack to deliver advanced strategies : either implementing off:the:shelf technology solutions or contributing to the development of new technology to solve specific challenges
Qualifications
Demonstrate experience of growing gross and net profit within an organization
Ability to develop commercial marketing solutions, increasing market reach and profitability for US region
Experience managing direct reports effectively
Experience in taking ownership of people:related issues in accordance with company procedure
Significant experience in leading Earned Media, SEO, Content Marketing and Digital PR teams
A deep understanding of the wider digital advertising sector and specifically how Earned and Organic activity can be successfully integrated with Paid Media activities
Confidence and experience in leading communication with client stakeholders of the highest seniority
A proven public speaker and subject matter expert of the highest degree
A mix of large agency experience and client:side experience would be beneficial
Experience in delivering success for large national, international, and global brands
