Senior Cyber Instructional System Specialist With Security Clearance

GCubed, Inc is seeking a qualified and skilled professional in the Quantico, VA area, to provide professional and customer focused Senior Cyber Instructional Systems Specialist to follow the ADDIE model, and analyze training needs, create terminal and enabling learning objectives, select learning strategies and delivery systems, develop training content, implement training, and conduct evaluations of the training. Overall supporting all courses and Program Managers in the Cyber Education and Training Unit Essential Functions of the Job Comprehensively evaluate and periodically document lesson plans, courses, and curricula.
Ensure that course materials are developed using the appropriate technical manual for training development.
Ensure that all CETU presentation and training materials are reviewed, approved, and stored in accordance with the policy.
