Education:
Bachelor degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics
Master degree preferred
Work Experiences:
5+ years of B2C marketing measurement and analytics (preferably retail)
2+ years hands on experience with customer database and knowledge of CDP
Demonstrated experience in delivering against Customer KPI and Metrics
Skills:
Experience working with customer and transactional data with ability to dive deep into the data to extract insights or diagnose problems
Demonstrated competency in gathering, consolidating, and reporting data across a varying systems and formats
Possess natural curiosity about data, customers, and how to use data to inform strategic decisions
Experience using tools such as SQL, R, or Python to assess datasets and recommend solutions
Comprehensive understanding of marketing metrics, including digital and emerging media. Familiar with Google Analytics and knowledge of marketing mix model and multi-touch attribution a plus
Detail oriented with ability to deliver project deliverables with little supervision
Responsibilities:
Develop customer KPIs, analytics, and behavior dashboards/reports
Analyze and extract insight from customer database to inform leadership on customer trend, shift in shopping behaviors and preferences, and impact from marketing spend
Formulate insights and actionable recommendations based on both in-depth analyses of data and qualitative understanding of our products, customers, and business
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting from internal and external data sources to monitor company (stores + online) performance as well as identify areas of opportunities
Craft innovative analytics presentations that allow insights to be easily understood and extracted from large amounts of data and analytical output
Work as part of a cross functional team in selecting and designing of CDP platform
Effectively communicate with various levels of the business from front-line personnel up through executive leadership
Required to learn company policies, procedures and safety rules
