Our client, a global provider of information technology products and services, is seeking a Salesforce BA

Job Summary:

The Salesforce.com Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and administering Sales, Marketing, and Partner Channel business processes utilizing Salesforce.com and other 3rd party software systems.
Job Responsibilities:

-Work closely with stakeholders from various functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Service, Business Development, Finance, Product Management).
-Provide system administration, project management, data management, development, and technical support to all Salesforce end users.
-Develop and maintain close alignment with business stakeholders to develop a scalable implementation of Salesforce.com to track leads, customers, contracts, opportunities, quotes, marketing activities and ensure compliance with company requirements and corporate policy.
-Provide support to end users and overall administration and oversight of the Salesforce.com environment and related applications.
-Advocate and implement policies for data governance to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
-Lead the CRM Steering Committee, a cross-functional team which meets regularly to discuss and plan projects, policies, and processes within Salesforce.com and related applications.
Requirements:

-Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of administration of the Salesforce.com platform and Sales Cloud in particular, including configuration and customization utilizing standard functionality such as page layouts, workflow rules, process builder, validation rules, approval processes, etc.
-Experience in system security settings, profiles, roles, permissions and other data access and integrity features
-Ability to document business needs, distinguish between needs and wants, identify gaps between business needs and standard system functionality, design and document solutions that fill the gaps, and provide detailed business requirements specifications for developers
-Develop, document, and execute test plans to assess the integrity and accuracy of business processes, module functionality setups and modifications, enhancements, customizations, and patches
-Extensive knowledge of reports, dashboards, reporting snapshots
-Familiarity with the development of Salesforce.com system customizations utilizing Apex code, Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, with a strong understanding of overall system architecture
-Develop and maintain end user training documentation and deliver training as required
-Develop and maintain business process documentation
-Support, analyze, and resolve critical production application issues as required
-Ability to research and apply knowledge of Salesforce.com to business needs within the organization
-Utilize best practices and functional expertise within the scope of the Salesforce.com platform to drive change through technology and business process redesign in line with standard Salesforce.com-based solutions
-Familiarity with integration of Salesforce.com and ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
-Proficient in Microsoft office tools and utilities (Word, Excel, OneNote, Teams)
-Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
Critical Competencies:

-Minimum 5+ years' experience in aspects of the development and implementation of Sales and Marketing processes, system functionality, and system administration
-3+ years of experience with Sales Cloud, Salesforce.com administration or other Salesfore.com platform technologies
-Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ is desirable
-Knowledge of Einstein Analytics is desirable
-Experience in transitioning from the Classic UI to the Lightning UI is a plus
-Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Ability to work with remote development / support teams
-Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
-Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels of management
-Ability to take business requirements from concept to production
-Ability to document processes and procedures and communicate them to stakeholders
-Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks as delegated
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
