Our Sales Representative drives revenue generation, creates business, provides customer solutions, and constructs business plans for long term growth. We are seeking a ?hunter? and someone who has proven experience executing many steps of the sales process.
Responsibilities Include:
Sales Development (70%)
Support execution of customer revenue plans to agreed metrics and targets
Drive improvement in customer satisfaction through account planning, timely issue resolution and internal support
Take an active role in operational sales processes, understanding how to operate as one to win in the marketplace
Orchestrate sales reviews and rhythm of the business for the Customer, including key account plans and performance monitoring
Utilize financial acumen to drive win-win outcomes

Sales Planning and Contribution (30%)
Utilize industry knowledge and trends, customer partner insights and customer understanding to drive customer growth and accelerate business model transformation
Execute digital transformation approach in alignment with the overall Fii vision and product long range plans, and support partners in their omni-customer evolution
Drive Customer segmentation, optimization, scale and strategic resources

Experiences Required:
5+ years CM sales experience with a focus on devices and services sales
Driving transformation and business growth through customers
Deep insight into customer and competition trends
Experience with digital transformation and omni-customer evolution leading to joint profitability
Coaching and negotiation internally and externally to bring products to market that will win
High standards and ethics in business practices
Ability to learn/ramp fast to achieve impact

Qualifications & Education Required:
Higher University/College degree required
Professional sales and negotiations training
Strong multi-tasker and previously responsible for executing many steps of the sales process

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year
Contract Manufacturing Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
