Salaried Gp

Due to a family relocation of a GP, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our highly regarded team.
We are looking for a Salaried GP to work 6 sessions a week, preferably on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but we are flexible for the right candidate.
We will also consider applicants interested in 4 or 5 sessions per week.
Main duties of the jobList holding Salaried GP to join the team.A mix of routine appointments and duty (same day) appointments.About usBased in the heart of the Test Valley, our GPs typically have a commute of less than 25 minutes from the Andover villages, Winchester, and Salisbury.
Team: 7 partners, 3 salaried GPs, 1 GP retainer, 1 ANP, 4 nurses, 1 HCA, and a dedicated reception and administration team.
We are currently recruiting for an additional ANP to assist with duty.
Our recently extended and modernized premises feature EV charging stations.
We also have a branch dispensing surgery in Enham Alamein.
We foster a social and supportive environment with daily coffee breaks in a dedicated space.
We operate a personal list system, allowing you to build strong relationships with your patients.
There are low levels of home visits, and no out-of-hours commitments.
Our medical secretary support involves minimal admin, with low levels of Docman and a task-based new referral system.
We are an active and collaborative PCN, with onsite paramedics, mental health team, first contact physiotherapists, and clinical pharmacists and technicians.
Our patient list comprises 15,400 patients, with an annual increase of 3%.
Our practice is rated 'Good' by CQC and maintains strong relationships with ICB and Mid Hampshire Healthcare (GP Federation).
