About the Job

We are hiring super creative, ultra-positive and high-energy Team Leader to drive our vision to serve our customer with Tier 1 service.
The Team Leader’s (District Manager) main priority is managing and leading a group of Account Sales Reps that are accountable for in store execution through a set group of key customers. The Team Leader will also be responsible for the coaching and developing of their respective team. The candidate will be accountable for driving customer initiatives and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through a set group of key customers.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Team Leader are but not limited to
Establish Sales and Key Performance Indicator targets for each assigned Account Sales Rep and appropriately manage the execution of these monthly KPI’s. This includes, but is not limited to, feedback and coaching, corrective counseling, and performance reviews.
Establish and maintain regular and on-going communications with retail partners or decision makers in order to successfully implement national or local programs.
Spend a minimum of 1 full day route ride per week with the Sales Rep. The primary purpose of the route ride is to train, develop, and evaluate the performance of the Account Sales Rep and the executional conditions of his/her market.
Teaching Account Managers selling skills through the established selling process.
Conduct regular meetings in group environment and 1 on 1 to improve operational expertise and recognize/reward results.
Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices. Act as a major contributor/leader among peer group.
Build a diverse organization that reflects the marketplace and lives to our standards and values and inspires the team through effective leadership.
Cover a route incase Sales Rep calls in or on vacation
Identify and assist in the training of your potential replacement.
Ensure the entire team understands and adheres to Company standards and operating procedures

The successful candidate will,
3 to 5 years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management is plus
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to prepare presentation materials and present the information one-on-one and in a group
Strong computer skills. Will train on company system.
Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools.
Self-directed, goal-oriented, Positive, self-motivated attitude
Enjoy working in a fast-paced and at times challenging environment.
Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.
Demonstrated leadership skills and/or prior management experience a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all functional areas and organizational levels.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Must be execution-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Strong people skills
