POSITION: Manager, Retention Marketing DEPARTMENT: Customer Experience : 326 REPORTING SUPERVISOR: Director, Customer Experience DIRECT REPORTS: Yes FLSA: Exempt EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Direct Hire TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Minimal travel required 10:15, possible overnight SCHEDULE: Normal business hours ABOUT THE TEAM: The Customer Experience team is responsible for creating, implementing and managing a churn reduction program that measurably improves customer retention and satisfaction. The team sources and analyzes internal customer data, industry best practices, and qualitative data/feedback from customer focus groups and front:line representatives to recommend initiatives that improve customer experience throughout the consumer life cycle. We observe real customers using our products to understand how we can improve. We put this together with creative minds to produce solutions that are both simple and elegant. ABOUT THE JOB: The Retention (Marketing) Manager will develop a deep understanding of our consumers and create marketing campaigns that increase retention and drive increased customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES: Leverage customer analytics, insights, and research to develop and manage retention programs that strengthen customer satisfaction and decreased churn rates Understand the customer journey, key stages and interactions that impact customer satisfaction to measure the impact of retention programs Develop forecasts to support the programs Develop innovative ideas to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty efforts to improve the competitive advantage of products and services Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelors degree required Experience: Minimum 5+ years in the development of marketing initiatives to drive performance required Minimum 3 years analytical experience required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong research and analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to translate data to insights Personal Attributes: Problem solving skills Curious Team player with ability to develop positive working relationships Ability to deal with ambiguity Approachable Effective verbal and communication skills Resourceful and able to multitask
