MINISO USA positions itself as a fast fashion store, whose core values gain popularity among consumers and leading the market to a new trend of ?superior products consumption?. MINISO Co., Ltd. has been operated since 2013; it was established in China in September of the same year, expanding across the globe since then. In April 2017, they started their USA expansion and has high expectations for growth and development for years to come.
We are currently looking for sales driven individuals to help bring this new company into its growing potential. We are looking for successful candidate who can articulate COST: customer service, operations, sales, and talent. The ideal candidate is someone with a great track record, high energy, business development and willingness to bring the business-fun to Miniso.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Able to facilitate the customer service environment.
Drive service through Shift Leaders and sales associates, alike.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Deal with customer issues that may arise and exceed customer expectations
Propose innovative ideas to increase market

OPERATIONS:
Control Inventory/Loss Prevention
Able to schedule a staff of 15+
Control payroll through business driving efforts
Excel in visual merchandising to drive business sales
Maintain store standards
Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.

SALES:
Develop business strategies to raise our customers? pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
Control profitability within the store level
Increase KPI?s
Drive sales through business acumen

TALENT:
Meet sales goals through training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
Encourage staff development through personal development

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven successful experience as a retail manager (at least 2 years)
Powerful leadership skills and business acumen
Strong customer service skills
Great organizational skill
Proven success with fast product turnover
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor?s Degree (preferred)
Ability to travel +50%
Available to work a variety of hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and possible holidays

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 to $21.00 /hour
