Resolution Support Representative
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
As a liaison between our Clients and our Servicing Department, you will be relied upon to answer inbound calls from clients for status updates. You will communicate in an open, helpful and engaging tone to collect outstanding document requests. Additionally, you will work with various teams to address client concerns in a high-volume professional environment!
Collect on outstanding document requests required to properly service a client?s case
Respond to inquiries from existing clients and receive inbound calls for status updates
Conduct financial analysis of taxpayer?s income, expenses, and assets
Ensure security from any collection enforcement to prevent levies
Interact with Tax Professionals, clients, and other departments
Act as liaison between client and the Case Manager or the Tax Preparer assigned
Use time management skills to prioritize daily workload and calls received
Multitask while working with customers and navigating our computer systems
Provide outstanding customer service through first call resolution
Other tasks and duties as needed

Proficient and comfortable with office equipment (Computer skills ? Microsoft Office, Outlook)

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT:
Knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office Applications
1+ years of experience in an office environment or call center
Type a minimum of 35 WPM (assessment will be conducted at time of interview)

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and standard office supplies. While working in the office, the setting is a standard office environment with low to moderate noise levels and temperature controlled.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Employee is required to sit at desk for majority of the work day with occasional standing and walking within office environment. The employee is required to use hands and fingers for writing and typing, handle or feel office tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Employee may occasionally crouch or kneel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision (may be corrected), peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to focus on task at hand.
