If you are a Mortgage Underwriter with experience in Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans, please read on!
** This is primarily a remote position, however you must live near one of the following locations: Sandusky, Akron or Cincinnati. You will be expected to go into the office for training and then on an as needed basis.
What You Need for this Position
- A minimum of 3 years FHA underwriting experience as a DE
- FHA DE Designation (CHUMS#)
- VA SAR/LAP
- USDA
- Experience working with FNMA Desktop underwriting
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of all federal/state requirements and Trid/TILA & RESPA reform
- Experience with Encompass or similar LOS preferred
