What You Will Be Doing
- Own Growth strategy - customer acquisition through digital, social, partnerships and organic channels for e-commerce & brick/mortar retail
- Define KPIs and analyze/track ROI & campaign effectiveness, minimize cost per new customer while driving revenue
- Lead customer behavior analysis, segmentation and customer journey development
- Own website optimization - e-commerce site redesign through Shopify & feature/brand experience optimization
- Optimize external digital marketing & SEO agencies' performance
- Own marketing infrastructure - CRM, Analytics platforms/reporting tools, agency resources & team growth strategy & budget
What You Need for this Position
We are looking for a growth-oriented & scrappy Marketing Head who has 5-10 years in DTC Performance/Growth Marketing strategy & hands-on implementation. Experience in health/wellness/lifestyle or passion for the space is a big plus. Prior start-up experience desired. ALSO:
- Direct, hands-on AND strategic experience with Paid Search/Paid Digital, Email, SEO/SEM, Ecommerce, Social & Affiliate marketing
- Strong knowledge of of digital media platforms
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and relevant apps and plug-ins
- Expertise with Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Klaviyo and other DTC marketing tech
- Strong understanding of customer retention & lifecycle marketing - retargeting, segmentation, customer behavior
- Analytical - loves A/B testing
- Demonstrated experience setting budgets and hitting revenue targets and KPIs
