What You Will Be Doing
- Communicate with borrowers
- Oversee the pipeline in a prompt, meticulous, and competent manner
- Ensure preparation in communicating with borrowers
- Oversee borrower adjustments from each step in the processing of the loan
- Oversee the grouping of borrower loan documentation
- Work in conjunction with other departments to help close loans
What You Need for this Position
- At least 3 years of experience processing FHA, VA, Jumbo, Conventional mortgages
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to fine-tune and solve issues independently
- Must have a familiarity with conventional underwriting guidelines
