AnimERge is an AAHA accredited specialty and emergency referral center in Raritan, New Jersey and we are seeking NJ licensed Independent Contractor Emergency Veterinarians for relief shifts to support our team & growing emergency caseload. At AnimERge, we aren’t just a work team, we are a family! We have many long-term staff, with some being here for over 20 years. The dynamic at this hospital is one of fun, team-work, and collaboration. The ER team works closely with our Board Certified Surgeon, Internist, Cardiologist, Ophthalmologist, and Dermatologist, so every case gets the best care possible. We also know a well fed staff is a happy staff so we routinely provide healthy snacks and beverages. At AnimERge we have the following amenities:

Our hospital is fully equipped with the following amenities:

Ø Digital x-rays
Ø Ultrasound
Ø In house lab (Heska and Idexx machines - CBC, chemistry analyzer, blood gas, electrolytes, coagulation panels, and SNAP test reader)
Ø Feline and canine endoscopy
Ø 4 oxygen cages
Ø A separate ER surgical suite
Ø Although we do have a boarded surgeon, our ER doctors have the ability to perform their own surgeries

Independent Contract/Relief work includes a generous hourly rate, paid transportation and accommodations for those who qualify. We have daytime & overnight availability.
