Recruitment Support Associate

Details of the offer

Functions as a liaison between recruiter
and candidate to facilitate the employment process by providing
administrative support for recruitment, and onboarding functions. Assists
with organizing and completion of pre-employment tasks for candidates and may
assist with sourcing tasks. May manage small requisition load for training
and development purposes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1.
High School Diploma or equivalent and three
years of administrative or secretarial experience OR
Associates degree and two years of
administrative or secretarial experience OR
Bachelors degree and one year of
administrative or secretarial experience required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION,
CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1.
Post High School training or education is
preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
1.
Administrative experience in Human
Resources preferred.
CORE DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:The

1.
Completes interview
scheduling between recruiter, candidate and department as appropriate in a
timely, organized, and accurate manner.
2.
Provides ongoing
updates to assigned recruiters and maintains clear documentation regarding
candidate phone and e-mail correspondence.
3.
Maintains databases
and personnel files for assigned areas of recruitment regarding active
applicants, contract associates and new hires.
4.
Facilitates the
onboarding process for all new hires for assigned areas of recruitment.
5.
Assists new hires as
needed in the completion required employment documents and or with scheduling
orientation and or scheduling pre-employment physical
6.
Supports recruitment
function with facilitation of reference, education, licensure, CBI, DMV and
other certification check processes in accordance with department policy as
instructed by assigned recruiter
7.
Assembles
recruitment packets for candidates to areas of recruitment
8.
Assists recruitment
team in escorting candidates and family members to interviews throughout the
UHC campus as needed.
9.
Supports recruitment
through administrative tasks including assembling welcome packets, monitoring
overall onboarding process of each new hire, acting as point of contact for
onboarding status, coordinating with IT and or Education regarding role
function requirements, etc.
10.
Provides sourcing
support through candidate outreach portals such as social media,
advertisements, marketing materials, etc.
11.
Partners with
assigned recruiters to ensure successful job advertisement placement and
tracing of al advertising.
12.
Documents
recruitment expenses including advertising expenses, travel expenses, and
other sourcing related expenses
13.
Completes and
submits documentation as required to WV CARES to assure compliance.
14.
Reconciles recruiter
credit card on a monthly basis.
15.
Schedules meetings,
maintains appointment calendars, and contacts appropriate individuals,
documenting accurate times of communication
14.
Assist recruiter or
additional recruitment support in processing all of UHCs Radiology Students
for acceptance and enrollment within program.
15.
Conducts regular
audits of new hire files in areas of assigned recruitment to assure
compliance.
16.
Maintains Notary
Public Commission and provides notary services as needed.
17.
Maintains contract
files to assure compliance according to policy.
18.
Assists with other
department projects as assigned in order to support the achievement of
department goals and objectives.
19.
Assists with
processing of new and or replacement ID badges as needed for employees,
students, volunteers, etc.
