Top Drill Bit Supplier to the Oil and Gas Industry, Ulterra, is seeking a Receptionist.
Compensation: 16-17 per hour.

Receptionist Role:

The Receptionist at Fort Worth Manufacturing is the first impression for customers and clients at Ulterra. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting customers, answering phones and directing calls to the correct departments, maintaining security and assisting in other duties as assigned.

Location: Fort Worth, TX Corporate

Receptionist Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Must have and maintain a clean driving record.
Ability to answer the phone and greet customers in a professional manner.
Utilize a telephone and be able to transfer calls.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF.
Take direction and instruction, verbal and written.
Customer First mentality.
Stay organized and keep areas neat and presentable.
Able to prioritize and manage time.
Good attitude with the ability to work in a team environment.
May be required to bend, lift up to 20 pounds.

Receptionist Responsibilities include:
Greet visitors, ensure all safety protocol is followed during the visit.
Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing badges if needed.
Answer phone calls and direct calls as needed.
Assist departments with scanning, filing, and other administrative duties.
Organize and sort mail as needed, assist others in sending mail.
Retain files for Directors and Managers.
Maintain cleanliness of the front office area as well as conference rooms.
Assist in organizing customer, client and employee meetings. Assists in ordering lunches and
hosting if needed.
Contributes to the Ulterra team by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
