The Role
This position is responsible for provisioning the daily operation and services, including project management, building:related maintenance, repairs, house services (janitorial/grounds), and energy management for a building portfolio between predominantly California, and pending resource allocation could also include Arizona and Nevada. The job scope includes operational planning, identification of capital and expense projects required to maintain the real estate asset and interface with senior company leadership.
The Main Responsibilities
:
Administers Fire/Life/Safety and Disaster Recovery Programs.
:
Oversee and supervise internal and external building mechanics, administrative support staff, and numerous outside suppliers in delivery of services to the building, its occupants and provisioning of highly reliable space required for revenue generation.

Required to be available by an accessible device and take management on:call duty rotation.
:
Manage 1+ million square feet operating space.
:
Lead projects as a project manager for large and small building related projects within territory. These can include fire life safety systems, roofs, mechanical, electrical, structural or any other projects to maintain the needs of the employees in the area and to maintain network uptime.

Oversee maintenance of more the 2500 annual equipment maintenance tasks.

Develop and manage a non:utility operating budget of 1+ million.

Manage large, complex high rise portfolio of buildings or multiple large buildings in ageographic area, or a portfolio of building in multiple states.

Oversee the daily building environment in a location(s) where more than 500 employees office and deliver customer services.
What We Look For in a Candidate

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6 or more years of similar job experience.
