The Opportunity
Provide Quality Control support while partnering with manufacturing teams and leaders. As needed, measure, analyze, and improve quality system performance consistent with organization quality goals, integrate quality system applications between engineering, manufacturing, and operations to ensure the consistent and ongoing use of quality best practices and communication of quality issues, and facilitate troubleshooting of quality issues with diverse teams, lead causal analysis activities to drive to root cause and corrective action. You will ensure that quality is being maintained in all factors involved in production. Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Perform product inspection and/or audits of quality control programs.
Key Responsibilities

· Create and revise Quality documentation
· Manage internal and external nonconformities
· Contribute toward the implementation of new software programs
· Assist with migration from paper/electronic to electronic/automated QMS
· Conduct training on quality assurance concepts and tools
· Continually help to develop and refine the vision and capabilities of continuous improvement
You must have
· 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing production environment.
· 3+ years operating hand inspection tools and equipment.
· Ability to read technical data and specifications.
· Proficiency in software programs such as Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100 Quality Management System and/or related quality systems and programs.
· Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
