, 1st article inspection, able to work well with others and has good customer relation skills
• Education: Required Bachelor's preferably in Mechanical Engineering or in lieu of Bachelor's an associate degree +3 years' experience in inspection
• Experience: Must be familiar with Inspection (Aerospace or defense Industry preferred)
• M - F 7 AM-3:30 PM (flexible on hours)

Job Description:
• Evaluates and applies Procedures and Methods related to the RCI/Business Unit
Quality
Management System.
• Ensures compliance of RCI/Business Unit products and processes.
• Maintains a working relationship with key customer procurement organizations to the benefit of the customer.
• Ensures and supplier products shipped to customers meet applicable business unit and contractual requirements.
• Provides guidance and assistance engineering and life cycle leadership regarding product and process
quality
requirements.
• Provides guidance and assistance material and supply leadership during the requirement flow down, evaluation, selection, and monitoring of suppliers.
• Administers material review activities and/or supplier products.
• Administers an effective evaluation and audit program or its supply base to ensure conformance process and product requirements.
• Utilizes lean or six sigma tools to evaluate or supplier products and processes. Analyzes root causes of deficiencies and ensures proper corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
• Participates in cross-functional team efforts to improve or supplier products and processes.
• Delivers training materials or suppliers related to the
Quality
Management System.
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate discipline or six years related experience plus two years of related exempt experience.
• Analysis - Demonstrates the ability to provide a general analysis of a problem or situation.
• Customer Service Orientation - Generally applies fundamental service techniques and adheres to proper customer procedures when interacting with customers.
• Decisiveness - Demonstrates the ability to stick to his or her decisions even when things become difficult or complex.
