The Project Consultant directly supports the Chief Administrative Officer to ensure short and long-term goals and projects are accomplished according to established timeframes and budget parameters. This leader manages the planning, preparation, execution and documentation of key initiatives, events, and meetings.
Lead projects on behalf of the Chief, working with key leadership throughout organization.
Plan and execute Administrative Division events including division meetings, Administrative Leadership Team retreats, and other employee activities.
Attend Executive Committee meetings, capture meeting minutes, and track follow-up items to ensure completion.
Manage Administrative Division budget and monthly reports.
Ensure division goals are developed, communicated and tracked.
Coordinate work streams across division to ensure projects and strategies are threaded.
Conduct research on assigned projects and analyzes/interprets data, processes, and systems related to assigned projects.
Develop, recommend, and implement action plans, oversee project teams, and/or perform other project management duties as necessary to ensure successful completion of assigned projects within specified timeframes.
Advise Chief and provide recommendations on key projects and initiatives. Provide regular updates on project progress ensuring completion and desired results.
Prepare and/or contribute to preparation of division communications, presentations, speeches, and reports.
A minimum of five years of experience in healthcare, communications, or consulting, with progressively increasing responsibilities.
Must have experience directly supporting a senior executive at a large, complex organization.
Bachelor?s degree in business, health administration, communications, finance, or related field is required.

Expert level experience in Microsoft PowerPoint. High level of proficiency in use Excel and Word.
Strong executive presence?able to represent the Chief?s office to senior-level external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to be influential with key internal and external stakeholders.
Highest level of partnering skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels.
Must be able to function in dynamic environment subject to impromptu changes in schedules, priorities, and project scope.
Proactive and planful?able to anticipate Chief?s needs well in advance of when deliverables are needed and in the moment. Proven ability to creates and tracks detailed project plans.

Master?s degree in business administration or healthcare administration is strongly preferred.
No professional certifications required.
Safety:Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for the reporting of employee/patient/visitor injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to the supervisor and in the occurrence notification system.
Compliance:Monitors and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and policies and procedures related to area of responsibility. Identifies potential risk areas within area of responsibility and supports problem resolution process. Maintains records of compliance activities and reports compliance activities to the Compliance Office.
