Job Description
An opportunity to join an established firm specializing in commercial and industrial construction. This position is part of a high-performance team that includes project managers, estimators, experienced superintendents, and field crews. Working in collaboration with and coordinating the efforts of local architectural and engineering firms will be required on most projects.
Qualifications
Registered Architect license a plus however not required.
Architectural Revit and BIM experience preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and commercial design, as well as creative preliminary sketching and code review.
Strong technical and communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to meet with clients to create designs that meet their overall needs within their budget parameter.
Strong teamwork skills; positive attitude and high energy.
Ability to prepare documentation in conjunction with project managers and estimators for client presentations.
Special Requirements
Valid state driver?s license.
Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screens.
