The selected candidate will support
MDHHS (Michigan Dept. of Health and Human Services)
for
Medicaid Reimbursement
projects. This includes
analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging
, and
application maintenance
across technologies in an
Agile/Scrum
environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and debug web applications using Angular, ASP.NET, and C#
Create and maintain SSRS reports
Build and maintain SQL Server and Oracle database objects (SPs, Views, Triggers)
Implement RESTful/SOAP services and integrate with external APIs
Participate in Agile/Scrum team activities (user stories, sprints, reviews)
Work with Azure/IIS for application deployment and performance monitoring
Ensure adherence to security best practices and DTMB guidelines
Create design documents, mockups, and technical documentation
Required Skills:
9+ years
: Angular, HTML, C#, SQL Server, Entity Framework
5+ years
: SSRS, XAML, ASP.NET, MVC/MVVM, SQL/SPs/TSQL, IIS, SOAP & REST APIs
7+ years
: Agile/SCRUM, Git, secure coding, unit testing

: Azure DevOps/TFS
Strong troubleshooting, design, and analytical skills
