Job Summary:
Reporting to the head of Program Management, manages a program portfolio to ensure programs are properly planned, executed, and aligned to overall budget, including hands-on management of complex programs.
Leads SteerCo meetings with Business Leaders and key stakeholders to align on program milestones, risks, dependencies, roadmaps, and budget.
Guides business readiness efforts (e.g., communication, change impacts, training) to ensure a consistent, impactful approach to identifying areas of improvement and preparing business stakeholders with the support and tools needed to be successful.
Requirements:
As a dynamic change leader, drives program management for LMI through partnerships across the organization
Accountable for managing portfolio of complex programs directly, including creation of program artifacts (roadmap, milestones, risks, accomplishments, etc.)
Oversee and manage budget and performance across LMI programs, including establishing guidelines and metrics and ensuring programs are properly planned, executed, and monitored
Establish a consistent governance structure to clearly define and communicate program priorities, interactions, and ways of working with cross-functional teams; oversee creation of interaction models to align teams on touch points and dependencies
Lead regularly occurring SteerCo meetings with Business Leaders to align on program milestones, risks, dependencies, roadmaps, and budget
Manage relationships with stakeholders across the broader LMI organization, including senior leaders, Product Advisors, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to drive transparency and awareness across programs
Foster a culture of trust, collaboration and continuous improvement within the Program Management and Strategy & Execution teams and across the broader LMI organization
Guide business readiness efforts (e.g., communication, change impacts, training) to ensure a consistent, impactful approach to identifying areas of improvement and preparing business stakeholders with the support and tools needed to be successful
QualificationsBachelor's Degree
Minimum of 10 years of experience in investments, business, financial services/operations, technology and/or consulting; Program Management or Change Management experience highly preferred
Strong influencing skills to be seen as the decision maker when interfacing with business, and willingness to dissent with both teams and business including senior leaders
Proven experience with Agile practices and expectations
Comfortable with making decisions with some level of uncertainty
Excellent verbal communications, writing, storytelling and presentation skills; ability to build trusted relationships with IT and business stakeholders at all levels
A proactive and stakeholder-centric mindset to support the organization with change management and business readiness
Enthusiastic about learning and promoting new tools and ways of working
