At least 5 years of experience with minimum 3 years as a program manager or similar role, with experience driving complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, preferably in a technical function.
Exceptional people skills, with ability to build trust and create and lead working groups to tackle complex issues.
Able to work independently to develop and execute strategies with minimal supervision.
Ability to extract data and perform in-depth data analysis to drive meaningful conclusions impacting business outcomes
Experience and comfort developing and communicating business requirements to technical teams.
Experience developing and presenting to large groups and comfortable discussing and defending ideas with senior executives.
A passion and bias for action in addressing and resolving critical threats to Amazon?s customers and brand reputation.
Ability to leverage technology to achieve business outcomes.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Strong critical thinker.
Willingness and ability to travel, including overseas.
Bachelor?s degree.

Amazon?s Customer Trust and Partner Support (CTPS) organization is chartered to protect Amazon?s marketplace, so that customers can shop with confidence and have a perfect order experience. We do this by ensuring that customers receive authentic products in the condition and with the functionality they expect, and by quickly making things right when they don?t. This strategy includes continuously evolving enforcement policies, working closely with our data scientists to develop and improve Machine Learning (ML) risk models, and providing guidance to drive high?judgment decision?making in cases where we cannot apply automation. We develop and improve policies that protect customers from counterfeit and other product quality risks.
We are looking for a critical thinker to drive our efforts to address high risk issues across all global marketplaces that Amazon operates in. In this role you will need to deeply understand the different issues that buyers face on Amazon?s retail platform and develop a high visibility goal. You will solve the unique issues for our customers by launching large scale cross-functional programs that span globally as well as cut across all the product categories that Amazon sells. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of policies, processes and tools to address product quality challenges in collaboration with teams across Amazon. This is an opportunity that requires a critical thinker with a desire to solve tough problems and also possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. At the core of the position is passion for protecting Amazon?s reputation and the customer experience of shopping in our third-party Marketplace.
In this position you will:
Dive deep into data to find patters for the challenges that buyers face while shopping on Amazon.
Create SMART goals and track progress towards meeting them.
Conceptualize and Launch large scale programs to resolve buyer issues. Track program progress and provide visibility to leadership
Build roadmaps, Communicate with Stakeholders, anticipate risks, manage schedules and launch high impact programs.
Track effectiveness of programs against goals
Develop and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders locally and around the world, particularly teams focused on selling partners and policy enforcement.
Partner with Legal and Operations to quickly handle and resolve critical and time-sensitive escalations.
Assist as needed in attending meetings with external stakeholders to address product quality issues.
Create policies, strategies, and processes to protect buyers and enable business growth while ensuring compliance with legal requirements, protecting customers, and protecting the Amazon brand.

Experience in e-commerce environment.
Work experience in business and technical functions
Masters degree
