Job Summary:

EY?s Global Tax Platform (GTP) is a cutting-edge technology platform that enables more intelligent tax services with big data, automation and analytics to better support the evolving needs of tax clients. GTP redefines how tax operates and how we serve our clients.
As part of Global Tax Platform team, you will be part of a client technology organization that develops and maintains innovative solutions for our Tax clients and our client-serving Tax professionals. The purpose of the role, and the combined contributions of the roles of this team, is to serve the aggregate technology needs of a Tax Service Line and its products including building relationships with assigned Tax sub-service lines, region (s), areas and, technical tax professionals, internal technology professionals, external clients and third-party software vendors.
As member of the GTP Pursuits team, you'll grow EY revenue and market share, and build client and internal relationships to help meet EY's go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will identify and win new opportunities. You will also work with account teams, to help EY's offerings meet specific client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with GTP sales and go-to-market management team

Manage overall go-to-market program milestones and workstreams

Solicits program/project requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders to establish deliverables and project charters

Measures project performance to monitor the progress of the project. Identifies and quantifies any risks, assumptions, constraints and variances, supports corrective actions, and communicates to stakeholders.

Manage GTP demonstration and pursuit/proposal processes and associated personnel

Support pursuit proposal efforts including developing a catalog of frequently questions and commonly used proposal content

Develops high quality proposals, qualification documents, presentations and other meeting documents

Create, execute and deploy Markets tools and strategies to support GTP opportunities

Deliver virtual and live demonstrations of GTP capabilities

Develop and maintain processes and tools to track GTP related pursuits (RFPs, RFIs)

Share successful sanitized proposal content with the GTP community to help win additional work

Present and share knowledge on developments and trends through learning events or other media
Develop and manage a quality control program for pursuit deliverables such as proposals

Support EY?s GTP at conferences ? maintain listing of conferences, importance, and key statistics
Manage EY?s GTP demonstration process and share learnings across Areas and around the globe

Toqualify, ideal candidates must have:
Strong markets, demonstration, proposal and pursuit skills combined with team selling experience.

Ability to apply superior knowledge to complex pursuits, and to coordinate work outside your own area.

Demonstrated focus on internal and external clients and their needs. Ability to build and sustain productive external and internal client relationships and deliver quality service and high satisfaction.
Adept at using influence to gain acceptance of a solution or idea(s).

Strong ability to work with client service, operations, and other internal resources to align the right resources to serve the client.
Comfortable working within a matrix organization, balancing the needs of the client against those of EY.

Demonstrated track record of success in a solutions-oriented, professional services environment.

Combination of execution orientation, flexibility, adaptability, tenacity and a can-do attitude.
English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication.
Planning, time management and organizational skills.
A strong working knowledge of a professional services organization.
A minimum of 6-10 years related experience. Additional relevant experience is a plus.
Bachelor's degree

Candidate will ideally be based in Dallas or Cleveland. Other locations will be considered.
