Position Summary:
Reporting to the VP Global Supply Chain Planning, Analytics & Technology, this is a highly visible and key leadership role whose initial primary mission is to lead a large & complex ERP transformation program in our Sealing & Engine division. An expert in delivering major system and business change through driving standardized process solutions, the successful candidate will have proven success in adopting new and best practice models, able to unpack heavily customized process and solutions and guide the business teams and implementation partners toward delivering and adopting standard solutions. After successful implementation, the role will evolve into our ERP Transformation Strategy, in addition to staying connected with Sealing & Engine to drive and follow through on the value adoption and ensuring business benefit realization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)
Overall responsibility to ensure the program delivers best practices, standard processes and is aligned with a global standard solution
Champions the development of a standard global business process design / SAP template and is diligent in the avoidance / removal of heavy customization
Overall responsibility for the planning, quality, delivery and management of all aspects of the implementation program including solution and business organization change
Overall responsibility to keep the program on track, to cost, within scope and to the expected quality
Responsible for executive Steering committee and other leadership communications
Overall responsibility for all internal and external resources engaged on the project, including external vendors and providers - manages the partner
Overall management of the change control process and approval board
Champions and delivers the organizational change management approach and goals
Leads and coaches the Project Managers, Change Managers, Test / Training Manager, Data Manager, Deployment Managers, business leaders and Project Sponsors on the implementation approach and lifecycle
Ensures full integration of and collaboration of Delivery (SAP and Manhattan), infrastructure, Test, Train, Data, Organizational Change
Point of escalation for project delivery issues from all partners
Owns the plan to handover project to support organization
Owns the transition to business as usual and the continued measurement of process adherence
Assesses and measures business change readiness for go live

Qualifications - Required Skills:
Advanced broad-based supply chain management, process development and manufacturing operations knowledge
Vast experience in End to End Business Transformation based on the technology of SAP
Broad and deep knowledge the following ERP Systems – SAP, QAD, EWM, Manhattan, APO
Demonstrated competency in the MS Office Suite of products
Strong and above average communication skills – oral, written and presentation skills
Superior organization, planning, technical and negotiation skills
Superior process, analytical and problem-solving skills – apply / execute formal techniques (e.g. Kepner Tregoe, 8D)
Exposure to multiple disciplines (including IT, Purchasing, Operations, Finance….) Works and interfaces inside and outside the organization, with customers and suppliers
Strong leadership skills – influence all facets of the organization, mentoring, coaching and teaching
Strong ability to collaborate, influence and build consensus - addresses conflict and resolves issues
Qualifications / Education
15+ years of related experience in a large or midsize multinational manufacturer
Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry preferred
Bachelor’s degree is desired Master’s degree preferred
IT Industry relevant certifications and qualifications
Project Management qualification: PRINCE2 or similar
Business relevant qualifications (TBC)
Travel:
Ability to travel globally – Project based requirement
