Job Description:The Role This role in the Product Strategy team at Fidelity Digital Assets will focus on defining business and product strategy, and overseeing its execution through the delivery of new, innovative products.
The focus will be on advancing our platform capabilities and designing new products for our global institutional client base.
This role requires a highly skilled leader with a passion for digital assets, markets, and financial services products.
Expertise and Skills you bring Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in financial services, preferably with product management or strategy experienceDevelop and refine product roadmaps based on market needs, collaborating with clients and stakeholdersCreate business cases for new products, considering commercial value, operations, technology, and complianceDesign new products to meet current and future customer needsUnderstand market dynamics and technology to help Fidelity anticipate client needsEngage directly with clients and internal teams across various functions to drive strategic initiativesIdentify opportunities for collaboration and influence the firm's digital assets strategyDeep understanding of capital markets, including structure, operations, and regulationsPassion for and knowledge of digital assets and blockchain technologyExperience leading product concepts from incubation to productionFinancial acumen and ability to develop quantitative analyses for proposalsStrong communication and presentation skillsInfluence others effectively, even when holding contrary positionsThe Team Fidelity Digital Assets? offers a comprehensive platform for securing, trading, and supporting digital assets like bitcoin and ether.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$169,000 per year, varying based on responsibilities, location, experience, and other factors.
