We are now seeking a Product Manager that is a creative, team-oriented, entrepreneurial individual with experience managing people, projects, and SaaS platforms in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This individual will work closely with the CTO and stakeholders to produce high-quality applications and web-based services to our customers and to execute on the company vision. To succeed in this environment, this individual must have excellent communication, time management, problem solving, organization, and management skills. You will be heavily involved in all aspects of product, feature builds, and platforms - this role will be crucial in the successful growth of the organization and is a massive opportunity.

Job Details
Own, lead, and manage technical web, app and data development projects to overall success
Communicate project status to company stakeholders in a timely manner
Partner with the team to deliver amazing features and data to clients and customers
Be the manager between senior management, business units, technical teams and 3rd party consultants/agencies
Drive project scope activities, deliverables, schedules, budgets and tasks list
Assume scrum master responsibilities, including prioritizing sprint work, estimating user stories, removing roadblocks for the team, facilitating UI/UX and technical design sessions, and running other scrum ceremonies
Conduct and facilitate project kick-offs, stand-up meetings, team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and risk management
Track/manage projects from initiation to successful completion, identify and escalate issues, and resolve problems and changes
Support and promote quality assurance goals for all projects
Work with the company stakeholders to set up consumer testing
Responsible for producing technical documentation/diagrams that depict the larger ecosystem of products
Responsible for creating and maintaining the technical roadmap for the ecosystem of products
Prepare relevant status reports
Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of the project.
Required Experience:
3+ yr experience in product management with SaaS products (preffered)
At least 2+ years of SaaS platform experience
Excellent Product delivery experience
Strong Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience
Scrum/Agile work environment experience
Experience with problem solving, process improvement methods, and business re-engineering methods
Ability to define project management processes, tools and templates as required for the project
Proficiency or working knowledge of JIRA
Effective writing skills with emphasis on succinct and clear information communication
Skilled in the use of project planning tools
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
The ability to manage changing priorities within a highly dynamic environment
Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, complex, involved, technical product deliveries
Experience collaborating with software developers/engineers and designers on a development team
Must be detail-oriented, have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively
Understand and represent Executive Management's perspective, issues, and requirements
A bachelor's degree in Product Management, Computer Science, or degree relative to this position is highly desired
Nice to have skills that will set yourself apart from the rest:
Experience or strong knowledge of e-commerce and or video platforms is a plus
QA management experience is a plus
PMP Certification, Total Quality Management training, Six Sigma training are all pluses
