AGCO is currently seeking a Pricing and Program Manager to join our team in Assumption, IL. The Pricing and Program Manager will be responsible for managing the pricing, programs, and gross margin improvement for GSI, North America. Additionally, the Pricing and Program Manager will lead in developing pricing strategies and programs, which directly affect each dealers ability to sell products and GSIs ability to drive orders in a timely fashion to capture manufacturing efficiencies. Lastly, the Pricing and Program Manager will collaborate closely with GSIs Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to deliver increased market share and improved profitability via the optimization of whole goods and component pricing and programs.

The candidate will work extensively within their own functional group, but also be a dynamic collaborator who can motivate the best work from his/her cross functional team, as well as, supporting functions (e.g., Pricing, Product Management, SIOP, Operations, Finance, Sales and Marketing Communications). The candidate will be considered the tactical expert in their area of specialization; others will come to this individual for their point:of:view, analysis, and collaboration.

Responsibilities of the Pricing and Program Manager
:

:
Considering all strategic levers: business economics, customer market, dealer network, competition, and strategic market share and margin goals, set pricing targets for assigned product segments
:

Collaborate with Product Management on market and competitive analysis, as well as future product pricing
:

Develop sales and discount programs, achieving budget and share goals
:

Develop order writing programs maximize sales and operational efficiencies
:

Develop Bundling and Cross:Selling Programs to increase market and wallet share
:

Analyze product profitability and identify margin:improvement opportunities
:

Analyze discount program efficiency and effectiveness, including incentives, rebates, discounts, and promotions
:

Project management: Ownership of key projects to drive results (e.g., retail programs, order writing programs, catalog pricing update, business process improvements,)
:

Manage a team of individuals to analyze and execute pricing, discounting, and forecasting activities
Required Qualifications:

:

5:8+ years of post:collegiate professional work experience in a business setting with minimally 2 years being in a quantitatively focused position.
:

A minimum of 2 years of business:related analysis experience (ie. breakeven analysis, business case development, margin analysis)
:

Advanced in Microsoft Excel, specifically experience with pivot tables, IF statements, VLOOKUPS,
:

Intermediate in Microsoft PowerPoint, including experience in creating charts, tables, and graphs

Preferred Qualifications:

:

Industrial equipment, durable goods, agricultural, or automotive pricing and/or incentives experience, preferably with a manufacturing company (ie. impact analysis of price changes, promotions, trade/dealer programs, product configurations)
:

New Product Introduction team experience (ie, project management commitments, product positioning)
:

Exposure to Microsoft Access
:

Sales or marketing experience in an agriculture related field.

Intermediate in Microsoft Power BI

Education:

:

Bachelors degree is required

Masters degree is preferred
