The South Texas Veterans Health Care System is currently recruiting for a Staff Radiologist who will serve as a Clinical Diagnostic Radiologist located in San Antonio, TX.

This position is also eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP).
QualificationsBasic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy.Education: Degree of Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree in allopathic or osteopathic medicine, obtained from an accredited institution.Licensure and Registration: Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the U.S.Residency Training: Completion of residency training approved by the VA, ACGME, or AOA, leading to eligibility for board certification.Additional details on residency and eligibility are provided.Physical Requirements: As outlined below, including moderate lifting, reaching above shoulder, and others.English Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in spoken and written English.Preferred Experience: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Radiology.At least 3 years of experience as a Staff Radiologist or higher.Proficiency in general radiology and multi-modality imaging.
