You'll join our People and Culture team as a People Partner, supporting business leaders to drive performance, growth, and retention.
You'll proactively address people topics while contributing to scalable processes and a positive organizational culture.As a strategic advisor, you'll lead change initiatives, build strong relationships, and make independent decisions on behalf of the P&C team.
While we will collaborate to define guidelines, we place a high level of trust in your expertise, judgment, and communication.
You'll also play a key role in knowledge-sharing across the People Partner team, aligning on standards and strengthening our collective impact.
Support your business unit across the employee lifecycle, from development and retention to performance and offboardingCoach and advise mid- and senior-level managers on decision-making, org design, and leadership topicsAdvise on people guidelines and tailor scalable solutions with global and legal complexity in mindGuide managers through performance and engagement issues with clarity and careHandle conflict resolution, legal matters, and sensitive investigations when neededContribute to global projects on compensation, engagement, and other key P&C topicsUse data (e.g., attrition, engagement) to support decision-making in your business unitsBring structure to workflows by identifying issues and aligning people practicesActively share insights with fellow People Partners to strengthen team-wide standards and collaborationWhat you bring to the tableTrack record of successful work in a global 300+ company as an HR Business Partner, with a comprehensive understanding of People & Culture principles and proceduresAbility to quickly adapt to change and thrive in an ambitious, performance-driven culture with multiple stakeholders and changing prioritiesProven project management skills for planning and implementing international People & Culture initiativesCapacity to navigate ambiguity with a constructive, structured, and positive mindsetComfortable with initiating and leading difficult conversations with company decision-makers, combining empathy with assertivenessExperience in labor law in the U.S. (experience with Canadian and/or European labor law is a plus)Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complexity and maintain a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetA collaborative mindset and commitment to knowledge-sharing, you're invested in helping your team grow stronger togetherHow and where we workeyeo is a global employer with over 300 colleagues based all over the world.
