Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Pediatric Urologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln. The Hospital is part of NYC Health + Hospitals. Lincoln is a leading healthcare institution dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to the diverse communities of the Bronx.
We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Urologist who is passionate about working with children and families, as well as committed to the education and training of Urology residents.
As a Pediatric Urologist at Lincoln, you will provide comprehensive care for pediatric patients, perform surgeries, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for children with urological conditions.
In addition to providing clinical care, you will play a key role in the academic mission of our institution by working with Urology residents, providing teaching, supervision, and guidance to trainees in both the outpatient and surgical settings.

Qualifications MD or DO degreeCompletion of an accredited Pediatric Urology FellowshipBoard-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric UrologyNew York State Medical License (or eligibility for licensure)Responsibilities Provide exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient careWork collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare teamUtilize robotic surgical techniques in pediatric urologyDemonstrate strong clinical and surgical expertise in pediatric urologyWages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary: $450,000* based on a 40-hour work week.
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $525,000**, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below:
Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings.
No employee match is required.After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings.
