Greet, check in, and check out our patients and other visitors.Answer phone calls promptly and courteously. Schedule appointments based on provider availability.Assist with managing patient flow to ensure efficiency.Address patient inquiries about appointments and care with patience, knowledge, and professionalism.Maintain and update patient records accurately.Communicate office policies to patients.Assist with opening and closing procedures at the front desk.Collaborate with Physicians, admin team, and other members of our clinical staff.Maintain cleanliness of the office and common areas including rest rooms, break room and lobby areas.Adhere strictly to HIPAA privacy compliance guidelines.Carry out administrative tasks as needed.
