Edelman Data and Intelligence (DxI) team are looking for an exceptional Paid Search Executive to join our growing team.
Our DXI team is a global, full-service, method neutral market research agency that provides our clients with strategic insights to make their communications and engagements with the world the smartest they can be. Edelman Intelligence conducts truly varied work: thought leadership, CSR research, measurement, strategy and audience understanding, influencer work and much more. We work across a variety of sectors: healthcare, technology, digital, consumer/brand, corporate, public affairs, etc. We are a growing agency (6% growth last year), with offices in the US, Europe and Asia.
ThePaid Media Executive,position requires collaboration with an integrated agency team to execute audience-led media strategies across social platforms. The ideal candidate must be able to ensure paid social campaigns are executed and managed to high degree of client satisfaction, while supporting growth of paid media capabilities.
Qualifications we are seeking:
·Required at least 1+ years of experience in Paid Social
·Strong working understanding of the Paid Social platforms, including major players and supporting technology, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, etc
·Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including exceptional Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
·Proven ability to understand client goals and how they translate into paid media campaigns
·Process oriented, with the ability to juggle many tasks at one time. Time management skills are critical
·Strong interpersonal, organizational and written and oral communications skills
·Ability to adapt to new conditions, deadlines and assignments
·A strong work ethic and the ability to provide quality work to clients and teams
·A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
·Experience in PPC is a plus.
Basic Qualifications:
The Paid Media Executive must have at least one year of relevant experience in paid social and/or paid search.
Some of the responsibilities:
Responsibilities will be across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other emerging platforms including:
·Management of all Paid Social campaigns, including coordination of campaign planning, activation, and reporting
·Understanding client goals and how to maximize those measures of success through tactical campaign optimisation and data driven
·Developing, optimizing, and maintaining paid social campaigns for clients, including coordination of assets between creative agencies and client teams and budget management.
·Professional communication with clients, vendors, and partners
·Brainstorming/researching targeting for specific campaigns
·Maintaining and optimising client campaigns to improve overall performance against pre-determined benchmarks on an ongoing basis
·Analysing and reporting data on a daily / weekly / bi-weekly / monthly & ad-hoc basis
·Keeping abreast of industry news and developing POVs to communicate relevant updates to clients
