OPEN JOB: Sr.
Mammography Technologist ($10K SIGN ON BONUS) Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: USD $146,000 to $198,000 (Sr. Mammo Tech pays $70 to $87/hr and Principal Mammo Tech pays $76 to $95/hr).
Note: There is no relocation assistance, but a sign-on bonus of $10,000.
Job Description: Licensed Mammography Technologist performs screening and diagnostic breast imaging and procedures.
Must produce ACR quality images in both diagnostic and screening exams.
Interact with clinicians and other departments to coordinate patient care.
The Sr. Mammo Tech pays $70 to $87/hr, and the Principal Mammo Tech pays $76 to $95/hr.
Hours are M-F, 8-hour shifts.
Must cover other sites (San Mateo, CA, Berkeley, CA) as needed.
Technologist should be able to evolve with RIS and PACS systems, participate in performance improvement activities, maintain quality control records, and be willing to train and interact with students and new hires.
Minimum Qualifications:Graduate of a formal radiology technology-training program in an AMA-approved school.Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.Willing to assist at any Medical Center Location (San Francisco, San Mateo, Berkeley).Minimum of 3 years of Mammography experience for Sr. level; more than 5 years for Principal level.ARRT Mammography Certification.CRT Radiology License.CRT Mammography License.BLS CPR Certification.Proof of mammography-specific training (at least 40 hours), if certified after April 27, 1999.Proof of at least 200 mammography exams performed in the last 24 months.Certificates of at least 15 CEUs in the last 36 months, including at least 6 CEUs in each mammography modality used.Proof of MQSA-approved 3D Tomosynthesis training.Skills and Certifications:Minimum 3 years of Mammography experience.ARRT Mammography Certification.CRT Radiology License.Graduate of a formal radiology technology-training program in an AMA-approved school.CRT Mammography License.BLS CPR Certification.Proof of mammography-specific training (at least 40 hours), if certified after a certain date.Proof of at least 200 mammography exams in the last 24 months.At least 15 CEUs in Mammography in the last 36 months, including 6 CEUs in each modality.MQSA-approved 8 hours each of Digital and 3D Tomosynthesis training.Application Process: Interested candidates should respond with:
