Job Description

Professional Open House Greeter to hold open properties Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 to 5:30 pm. Open House greeter will be responsible for placing all marketing materials in front of the property and picking up marketing materials, as well as setting up all marketing materials on the interior of the property. The open house greeter will greet clients at the open house, provide basic information to the clients, direct them to other open houses or our office, and gather information on the clients home search.

Must dress Business Professional and be presentable.

Must be a Polished Professional to be a great First Impression

Meet and greet prospective home buyers in a model home and assist with any questions.

Willingness to commute to various areas of greater Houston a plus

Reliable Transportation

Good writing, verbal, and note taking skills

Physical Requirements : Must be able to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs and place and pick up open house signs.
