RESPONSIBILITIES AND STANDARDS
Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures.
Prepares daily bank deposit and cash report. Provides back up paperwork to Office Manager.
File all Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable invoices.
Maintains a professional appearance.
